I took my first papermaking class in 2023 at Minnesota Center for Book Arts and it felt like everything clicked into place. I have been interested in origami and paper crafts (and books!) since childhood, but hadn’t ever considered or even encountered “book arts,” and when I did, all of my nerdy interests collided and here we are. I completed the MCBA core certificate in 2024 and started my fine binding journey in 2025.
